Surinder Rana

After achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree, Master of Arts degree, and a Bachelor of Laws degree, Mr. Rana was admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi in 1996 and appeared in several courts across India. He then studied at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, Osgoode Hall Law School (York University), and the University of Victoria and successfully completed the requirements for the recognition of his foreign credentials to become a lawyer in Canada.

He has also completed post graduate diplomas: in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (DAV Management College, India).

Marketing Management, and Immigration Consultant with Honours from the Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto.

He was called to the Bar by the Law Society of Manitoba in 2017 and Law Society of Ontario in 2018 as a Barrister and Solicitor.

With 25 years of combined experience as a paralegal and an advocate, Mr. Rana is known for his investigative skills, analytical skills, and exceptional oral advocacy. He was standing counsel for the Sharma’s Clinic as well as other private financial institutions. Additionally, Mr. Rana has extensive experience in matters of civil property disputes, real estate, land acquisitions, tort, immigration, tax, commercial disputes, and family law matters.

As a managing partner of the Surinder Rana Law Office, Mr. Rana routinely represents his clients at Tribunals, Agencies and Courts and practices in Immigration, Family, Income Tax, Real Estate, and Busines Law related matters.
